- Serve as the primary expert in Women's Ready-to-Wear, providing exceptional client experiences in alignment with the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring each client interaction reflects the brand's values and dedication to excellence.
- Lead and mentor team members in selling and clienteling techniques specific to the category.
- Communicate corporate strategies and business information through briefings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
- Drive the Ready-to-Wear business within the store, maintaining top seller status in the category.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients, demonstrating exemplary clienteling practices.
- Facilitate product training and support new product launches.
- Proven track record as a sales leader in luxury fashion, particularly in Women's Ready-to-Wear.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Exceptional product knowledge and commercial acumen in the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal communication skills.
- Expertise in Women's Ready-to-Wear fashion.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a focus on Women's Ready-to-Wear.
Hourly rate of USD $28-$32, plus bonus opportunities.
