- Conduct preparation and research for enamel projects.
- Develop and refine color palettes for enamel work.
- Apply techniques such as Champlevé, cloisonné, plique-à-jour, and grisaille de Limoges.
- Utilize Geneva enamel under flux techniques and miniature painting.
- Manage autonomous firing, lapping, and polishing processes.
- Perform aesthetic and dimensional self-checks.
- Create hand-painted or enameled pieces according to design specifications.
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of enamel techniques.
- Strong understanding of watch dial miniature painting requirements.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D volume management.
- Diploma in arts-related fields preferred.
- Experience in watchmaking is advantageous.
- Creativity and artistic flair.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions.
- Adaptability to company culture and values.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking or luxury goods industry.
Diploma in arts-related fields preferred.
