1. Conduct preparation and research for enamel projects.
2. Develop and refine color palettes for enamel work.
3. Apply techniques such as Champlevé, cloisonné, plique-à-jour, and grisaille de Limoges.
4. Utilize Geneva enamel under flux techniques and miniature painting.
5. Manage autonomous firing, lapping, and polishing processes.
6. Perform aesthetic and dimensional self-checks.
7. Create hand-painted or enameled pieces according to design specifications.

1. Excellent knowledge and mastery of enamel techniques.
2. Strong understanding of watch dial miniature painting requirements.
3. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes.
4. Proficiency in 2D and 3D volume management.
5. Diploma in arts-related fields preferred.
6. Experience in watchmaking is advantageous.
