- Drive actions to achieve annual sales objectives for the e-retail channel.
- Plan, coordinate, and measure campaigns to drive traffic and identify key performance levers.
- Manage SEO and Paid Search budgets and agencies to maximize eCommerce ROI.
- Analyze and share weekly and monthly performance reports of the online channel, providing insights for improvement.
- Analyze customer buy paths, identify friction points, and propose necessary evolutions.
- Propose, implement, and track new services to enhance client satisfaction and develop top clients.
- Conduct weekly tests to ensure the functionality of local sites and apps, especially after updates and releases.
- Increase digital clients’ repurchase rate and manage CRM digital activities, including email planning.
- Ensure timely publication of online content and propose local articles to boost visibility.
- Maintain up-to-date store information on all digital platforms.
- Support stores and departments with omni-channel order follow-up and training.
- Ensure clienteling actions are in place for e-retail clients.
- Stay informed about market innovations, analyze competition, and share best practices.
- Fluency in English and French, with basic proficiency in German.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the e-commerce field.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Experience with SEO dashboards and translation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
