1. Lead process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
2. Establish performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and identify enhancement opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in processes and streamline workflows for greater productivity.
4. Develop comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee understanding of various process improvement methodologies and tools.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
3. Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish would be highly beneficial.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence business partners at all levels.
5. Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems essential for modernizing operations.

1. Experience with implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other continuous improvement frameworks.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Ability to lead diverse teams consisting of leaders and individual contributors.
