- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and identify enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in processes and streamline workflows for greater productivity.
- Develop comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing employee understanding of various process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Partner with all aspects of the business, including key stakeholders, to identify areas for overall business performance enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, ERP systems essential for modernizing operations.
- Experience with implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to lead diverse teams consisting of leaders and individual contributors.
Minimum of 8 years in Corporate/Sector Strategy, with experience in leading diverse teams and implementing continuous improvement frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
