1. Support daily eCommerce order operations, including handling orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
2. Monitor order status and workflows daily to ensure smooth shipping and fulfillment processes.
3. Oversee customer pick-up orders and manage outbound communication for uncollected orders.
4. Track store-sourced order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely processing.
5. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for digital projects, including test execution, issue tracking, and follow-up.
6. Gather and organize insights from recurring issues or complaints to support future planning and improvement efforts.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Up to 2 years of experience in eCommerce
3. Fluency in English

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2. Experience using Salesforce
3. Proactive problem-solving and process improvement skills
4. Clear communication and teamwork abilities

Up to 2 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably within luxury retail operations.

Bachelor’s degree
