1. Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for permanent product lines, ensuring effective communication with the Central team.
2. Monitor sales performance and engage with Merchandising, Distribution, and Central Sales Planning teams to optimize sell-through.
3. Lead the Best Estimate process, collaborating with Merchandising, Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance to establish a unified business vision.
4. Support the quarterly showroom process, managing novelty sizing with Zone and Central stakeholders, and providing analytical insights to enhance buy accuracy.
5. Conduct data-driven analyses to identify actionable insights that boost sales performance and improve inventory turnover.
6. Identify opportunities to optimize sales, mitigate depreciation risks, and streamline inventory management, presenting findings to senior management.
7. Contribute insights to cross-functional partners, staying abreast of key trends and proposing supplementary products or solutions.

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in demand planning.
2. Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
3. Experience with forecasting methodologies; Anaplan experience is a plus.
4. Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.

Base salary range of USD $80,000 - $85,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
