- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for permanent product lines, ensuring effective communication with the Central team.
- Monitor sales performance and engage with Merchandising, Distribution, and Central Sales Planning teams to optimize sell-through.
- Lead the Best Estimate process, collaborating with Merchandising, Retail, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, and Finance to establish a unified business vision.
- Support the quarterly showroom process, managing novelty sizing with Zone and Central stakeholders, and providing analytical insights to enhance buy accuracy.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to identify actionable insights that boost sales performance and improve inventory turnover.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales, mitigate depreciation risks, and streamline inventory management, presenting findings to senior management.
- Contribute insights to cross-functional partners, staying abreast of key trends and proposing supplementary products or solutions.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in demand planning.
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with forecasting methodologies; Anaplan experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Minimum of 3 years in demand planning, with a focus on sales forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
Base salary range of USD $80,000 - $85,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
