- Deliver detailed and client-centric responses across a range of queries including product information, order status, and after-sales support.
- Forge long-term client relationships by advising across all product categories and utilizing varied clienteling tools.
- Document every interaction meticulously using CRM software to track inquiry types and feedback.
- Act as an effective liaison between Client Services and Stores ensuring seamless communication.
- Drive personal and team objectives aligned with key performance metrics and sales goals.
- At least three years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability for onsite work at Legacy 1854 Campus.
- Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently.
- Strong selling skills.
- Proactive approach towards problem-solving.
- Integrity and adherence to brand standards.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably demonstrating strong selling skills.
