Louis Vuitton Continuous Improvement Methods Engineer Intern

- Collaborate with the Production Manager and team leaders to lead ORPA (Order, Cleanliness, Improvement) initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct critical analyses of current processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Propose and implement improvement actions on production lines.
- Facilitate the gradual establishment of a more organized and safer work environment to minimize accident risks and enhance working conditions.
- Draft standard documentation aimed at improving ORPA-related topics.
- Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Ideally, some experience in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Lean Management methodologies, such as 5S.
- Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and capable of thriving in a demanding environment.
Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to an industrial environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
