1. Manage site repair processes, ensuring daily monitoring of production lines, analyzing discrepancies, and prioritizing corrective actions.
2. Conduct root cause analysis of repairs using methodologies such as QRQC, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa, and identify recurring trends over short, medium, and long terms.
3. Define, implement, and manage repair and operational standards, including procedures, operating modes, and visual standards.
4. Establish and lead Method rituals, including daily and weekly reviews, indicators, and dashboards.
5. Propose structured action plans, oversee their implementation, monitor field progress, and measure effectiveness.
6. Support teams in adopting standards and contribute to skill development.
7. Contribute to a 50% reduction in site repairs through a robust, proactive, and performance-oriented Method approach.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement, etc.).
