- Manage site repair processes, ensuring daily monitoring of production lines, analyzing discrepancies, and prioritizing corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis of repairs using methodologies such as QRQC, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa, and identify recurring trends over short, medium, and long terms.
- Define, implement, and manage repair and operational standards, including procedures, operating modes, and visual standards.
- Establish and lead Method rituals, including daily and weekly reviews, indicators, and dashboards.
- Propose structured action plans, oversee their implementation, monitor field progress, and measure effectiveness.
- Support teams in adopting standards and contribute to skill development.
- Contribute to a 50% reduction in site repairs through a robust, proactive, and performance-oriented Method approach.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent program (industrial engineering, methods, continuous improvement, etc.).
- Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and pragmatism.
- Initiative-taking ability.
