1. Collaborate directly with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Team Leaders to enhance the preparation sector.
2. Conduct diagnostics using standard lean manufacturing tools.
3. Identify root causes of material waste, repair needs, and non-performance issues.
4. Perform Pareto analysis and identify actionable improvements using analytical tools such as 5M and 5P.
5. Implement progress actions, establish indicators, and monitor the advancement of action plans.
6. Facilitate DMAIC processes.
7. Work on line layout and flow improvements.
8. Participate in performance enhancement projects.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5).
2. Ideally possess initial experience in an industrial setting, such as through an internship.

2. Familiarity with IT tools.
3. Strong interest in hands-on experiences.

Entry-level, ideally with some exposure to industrial environments through internships.
