1. Collaborate directly with the Methods Engineer and Team Leaders to enhance a production line.
2. Conduct diagnostics using standard lean manufacturing tools.
3. Identify causes of repair, material losses, and non-performance.
4. Perform a Pareto analysis of causes and identify actions using analytical tools such as 5M and 5P.
5. Implement progress actions, establish indicators, and monitor the advancement of action plans.
6. Lead a DMAIC approach.
7. Work on line layout and flow improvement.
8. Participate in performance workshops.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5).
2. Ideally, previous experience in an industrial setting through an internship.
