1. Collaborate directly with the Methods Engineer and Team Leaders to enhance the components sector.
2. Conduct diagnostics using lean manufacturing tools.
3. Identify causes of material losses, repairs, and non-performance.
4. Perform Pareto analysis and identify actions using analytical tools such as 5M and 5P.
5. Implement progress actions, establish indicators, and monitor the action plan's progress.
6. Lead DMAIC initiatives.
7. Work on line layout and flow improvements.
8. Participate in performance improvement workshops.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in industrial production or continuous improvement (equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5).
2. Ideally, possess initial experience in an industrial setting through internships.
