1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing practices and tools within the Method/Continuous Improvement department.
2. Analyze current methodologies to provide recommendations and develop an associated action plan.
3. Implement and monitor the progress of the action plan.
4. Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other French workshops and headquarters.
5. Develop a tool for managing production capacity saturation to enhance workshop performance.
6. Optimize current processes to increase efficiency and reduce tool usage.
7. Evaluate the feasibility of sharing production resources across assembly lines.
8. Establish and deploy production standards across various lines.
9. Enhance production line performance through process improvement initiatives (e.g., time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, capacity planning).
10. Organize improvement workshops (e.g., audits, value-added/non-value-added observations, MRP).
11. Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
12. Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.

1. Enrollment in a BAC+5 level program specializing in continuous improvement or production.
2. Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and initiative-taking abilities.
3. Strong analytical, relational, and synthesis skills.
4. Team-oriented with a strong sense of customer service.

1. Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as DMAIC and 5S.
