1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing practices and tools within the Method/Continuous Improvement department.
2. Analyze current methodologies to develop recommendations and define an associated action plan, ensuring its follow-up.
3. Implement a tool for monitoring production capacity saturation as part of workshop performance enhancement.
4. Optimize current processes to increase efficiency and minimize tool usage.
5. Study the feasibility of consolidating production resources across assembly lines.
6. Establish and deploy production standards across various production lines.
7. Enhance production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
8. Organize improvement workshops, conducting audits and observations (VA/NVA, MRP).
9. Apply the DMAIC approach in change management projects.
10. Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.

1. Currently enrolled in a BAC+5 level program specializing in continuous improvement or production.

1. Strong autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
2. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Proven interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of customer service.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a BAC+5 level degree in a relevant field.
