1. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing practices and tools within the Continuous Improvement department.
2. Analyze current methodologies to propose recommendations and develop an associated action plan, ensuring its implementation and follow-up.
3. Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other French workshops and the headquarters.
4. Develop a tool for managing production capacity saturation as part of workshop performance enhancement.
5. Optimize current processes to increase efficiency and reduce tool usage.
6. Study the feasibility of sharing production resources across assembly lines.
7. Implement and deploy production standards across various lines.
8. Enhance production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
9. Organize improvement workshops, including audits, value-added/non-value-added observations, and material requirements planning.
10. Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
11. Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.

1. Currently enrolled in a BAC+5 level program specializing in continuous improvement or production.
