- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing practices and tools within the Continuous Improvement department.

- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other French workshops and the headquarters.
- Develop a tool for managing production capacity saturation as part of workshop performance enhancement.
- Optimize current processes to increase efficiency and reduce tool usage.
- Study the feasibility of sharing production resources across assembly lines.
- Implement and deploy production standards across various lines.
- Enhance production line performance to identify potential improvement processes, including time studies, flow analysis, workstation layout, 5S, and capacity planning.
- Organize improvement workshops, including audits, value-added/non-value-added observations, and material requirements planning.
- Apply the DMAIC methodology in change management projects.
- Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings with production managers.
- Currently enrolled in a BAC+5 level program specializing in continuous improvement or production.
- Strong autonomy and initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork-oriented with a strong sense of customer service.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
