- Act as a change agent by driving and implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop operational improvement solutions.
- Mentor associates in lean tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach and guide production artisans and supervisors in Lean manufacturing tools.
- Collect and analyze data on plant processes and make improvement recommendations.
- Monitor product and process improvement milestones for timely completion and sustainability.
- Standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
- Audit Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
- 0-2 years of experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence direction.
- Knowledge of lean concepts and tools (5S, visual workplace, pull manufacturing).
- Ability to empower teams and lead change at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, or AutoCAD; Power BI is a plus.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French are advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on operational improvement and lean methodologies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
