1. Act as a change agent by driving and implementing continuous improvement processes.
2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop operational improvement solutions.
3. Mentor associates in lean tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Coach and guide production artisans and supervisors in Lean manufacturing tools.
5. Collect and analyze data on plant processes and make improvement recommendations.
6. Monitor product and process improvement milestones for timely completion and sustainability.
7. Standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.
8. Audit Lean Manufacturing processes to ensure sustainability.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with an emphasis in Lean Manufacturing.
2. 0-2 years of experience in operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.

1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence direction.
2. Knowledge of lean concepts and tools (5S, visual workplace, pull manufacturing).
3. Ability to empower teams and lead change at all organizational levels.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, or AutoCAD; Power BI is a plus.
5. Bilingual skills in Spanish and/or French are advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on operational improvement and lean methodologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
