1. Serve as the client’s first point of contact in store, greeting guests with courtesy and setting the tone for a superior Louis Vuitton experience.
2. Build and sustain genuine client relationships by assessing needs and directing clients to appropriate departments and product universes.
3. Manage the store’s daily appointment calendar and coordinate in-store events to ensure seamless client journeys.
4. Partner with the Client Experience team and broader store staff to optimise back-of-house efficiency and client flow.
5. Support achievement of individual and team goals, including contributing to sales and client retention initiatives.
6. Maintain discretion and integrity when handling confidential client information and requests.

1. Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services.
2. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication and relationship-building with high-net-worth clients.
3. Polished professional presentation and high standards of personal conduct.
4. Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including evenings and weekends as required.
5. Reliability, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or concierge services with a proven record of delivering high-touch service and supporting sales or client retention objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in hospitality, retail, or a related discipline preferred.
