1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Event Management, or a related field.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
4. Creativity and attention to detail.

Previous internship experience is preferred, demonstrating an interest in challenging environments and fieldwork.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Communication, Event Management, or equivalent.
