- Act as an ambassador of the brand and voice of client development in the Central Region.
- Guide and support store teams in engaging existing clients, recruiting new clients, and building loyal, long-term relationships.
- Drive exceptional sales results for the Metro.
- Lead the strategy and execution of in-store events in collaboration with the Metro Store leadership team.
- Multi-unit leadership experience.
- Proven track record in driving client development strategies with significant results.
- Strong network and connections in the Northeast Region.
- Deep understanding of client development and purchasing behaviors.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a client-centric luxury retail environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Salary range of USD$130,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
