1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand and the voice of Client Development in the Central Region.
2. Guide and support store teams in engaging existing clients, recruiting new clients, and building loyal, long-term relationships.
3. Drive exceptional sales results through partnership and coaching with store teams.
4. Lead the strategy and execution of in-store events in collaboration with the Metro Store leadership team.
5. Develop and implement client development strategies that produce significant results.

1. Proven track record in driving client development strategies in a luxury retail environment.
2. Experience in multi-unit leadership.
3. Strong network and connections within the Northeast Region.

1. Deep understanding of luxury clientele purchasing behaviors.
2. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
3. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-centric luxury retail environment is required.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$130,000 - $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
