1. Consolidate regional information and format Excel files and PowerPoint profiles to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Complete, edit, and supplement content on client information to maintain up-to-date records.
3. Follow up with regions on client and guest looks to ensure timely and effective communication.
4. Create new nomination Excel and PowerPoint templates to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
5. Create folders for events to facilitate collaboration and organization.
6. Update formulas on nominations templates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
7. Support regions in creating events in event management to ensure successful event execution.
8. Clean and analyze client data.
9. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Update and maintain event details to ensure accuracy and consistency.
11. Edit details and follow up with regions to ensure timely and effective communication.
12. Order invitations for events and ensure timely delivery.
13. Prepare guidelines for regions to ensure clear understanding of event requirements and expectations.
14. Provide support as needed to ensure smooth operations and address client needs.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the US.
3. Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
4. Available to start in March 2026 for a 6-month duration.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
3. Skilled in time management.
4. Eager to proactively contribute to successful project delivery.

Foundational experience in Retail, Client Relations, or related fields is preferred.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at $20/hour. Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour.
