- Develop and implement client development action plans across brand engagement channels.
- Facilitate the development of robust client journeys to extend client lifecycle and value.
- Analyze trends and purchasing patterns to enhance client experience and value.
- Design and implement client journey pipelines using Salesforce and in-house software.
- Support integrated client engagement strategy for all clients.
- Identify client segments for recruitment to new categories or channels.
- Produce business development pilot programs with specific strategies.
- Construct and execute recovery plans for clients from turnover or store closures.
- Guide and periodically overhaul methods of targeting for efficient engagement.
- Build zone clienteling targeting for specific initiatives and product launches.
- Manage adoption of outreach and client journey programs.
- Mine client data to identify trends and uncover business opportunities.
- Track and integrate results from past campaigns for continual improvements.
- Experience in data analysis or consumer insights.
- Relevant retail experience.
- Expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, MS Query).
- Experience with regional database tables and data structures.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Professional executive presentation presence.
- Enthusiastic team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Some knowledge of the French language is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience.
USD $120-130,000 annually
