Louis Vuitton Client Development Manager

- Develop and implement client development action plans across various brand engagement channels to achieve business results.
- Design and execute client journey pipelines using Salesforce and in-house clienteling software.
- Support integrated client engagement strategies, utilizing demographic and behavioral insights.
- Identify and recruit client segments for new categories and channels.
- Produce business development pilot programs with specific test, ROI, and implementation strategies.
- Construct recovery plans for clients affected by turnover or store closures to ensure revenue retention.
- Guide and overhaul targeting methods to enhance engagement efficiency.
- Build and manage zone clienteling targeting for sales and product launches.
- Mine client data to identify trends and recommend action plans for business development.
- Track and integrate results from past campaigns to improve future targeting and execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience.
- Expertise in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups.
- Experience with regional database tables and data structures.
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional presentation presence.
- Ability to manage and produce high-quality analytical deliverables.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team player mentality.
- Some knowledge of the French language is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in data analysis, consumer insights, or relevant retail experience is required.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within USD $120-130,000 annually.
