Louis Vuitton Client Care Associate

- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, focusing on exceptional client service.
- Split responsibilities between Client Advisor and Client Care roles, dedicating equal time to each.
- Lead by example in discovering client needs and cultivating trusting relationships.
- Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experience.
- Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up processes.
- Ensure clients are updated at all stages of the repair process.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to define efficient back-of-house processes.
- Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and in-store events.
- Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to educate and guide clients through processes.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.
- Capability to work collaboratively with store and operations teams.
- Skill in maintaining organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the luxury retail sector, is required.
An hourly rate of USD $24-$27, with the opportunity for commission.
