Louis Vuitton Client Care Associate

- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Dedicate approximately half of the schedule to Client Advisor responsibilities and the other half to Concierge hosting responsibilities.
- Discover clients' needs and guide them in every aspect of client care, cultivating trusting relationships.
- Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experiences.
- Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to define smooth back-of-house processes to support client experience.
- Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events.
- Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals, ensuring back-of-house efficiency.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $21-$26, plus commission opportunities.
