1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring every client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise.
2. Dedicate approximately half of the schedule to Client Advisor responsibilities and the other half to Concierge hosting responsibilities.
3. Discover clients' needs and guide them in every aspect of client care, cultivating trusting relationships.
4. Champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton and coach teams to enhance client experiences.
5. Communicate and educate clients on the intake, repair, and follow-up process to set clear expectations.
6. Collaborate with the Operations team to define smooth back-of-house processes to support client experience.
7. Maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events.
8. Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals, ensuring back-of-house efficiency.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $21-$26, plus commission opportunities.
