1. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and be accountable for personal sales results.
2. Welcome each client and deliver an exemplary, personalised in-store experience consistent with Louis Vuitton standards.
3. Support clients across the full product offer and guide purchases with expert product knowledge.
4. Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and outreach.
5. Collaborate closely with the boutique team and participate in store initiatives to meet collective objectives.
6. Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand, product lines and seasonal collections.
7. Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming and behavioural standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
8. Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including weekend shifts, and solve customer issues with composure.

1. Minimum three years’ experience in retail or client-facing roles, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods.
2. Demonstrable clienteling skills and a commercial mindset with a proven track record in sales.
3. Proficiency in English at B2 level; additional languages are an advantage.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, curiosity and the ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Good command of Excel and comfortable using boutique IT systems and clienteling platforms.
6. Availability to work weekends and adaptability to changing priorities.

At least 3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or leather goods, with demonstrated clienteling and sales achievement.

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is desirable but not required.
