- Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to client satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, focusing on sales.
- Provide exceptional inbound client service via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
- Take ownership of client concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative solutions. Collaborate with other departments to efficiently solve issues, ensure client retention, and enhance the overall client experience.
- Ensure accurate information and follow-up are entered into the system and relevant databases, updating records as needed.
- Handle client complaints and challenging situations professionally, ensuring effective resolution while upholding Louis Vuitton's high service standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. French and/or Spanish are a plus.
- Proven sales and storytelling abilities.
- A demonstrated client-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results according to agreed schedules.
- Strong punctuality and time-management skills, adhering to assigned schedules to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Background in luxury retail is a plus.
- A strong interest in luxury fashion and awareness of current trends is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse work environment, leveraging multicultural perspectives to enhance collaboration and innovation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
