1. Assist in product development across various categories in collaboration with Product Managers and other stakeholders, including industrial, logistics, and laboratory teams.
2. Monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
3. Participate in conceptual discussions and brainstorming sessions.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with mock-up agencies for ongoing and upcoming projects.
5. Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence studies.
6. Study competitor performance and product portfolios.
7. Analyze recent product launches through a monthly newsletter.
8. Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Product Managers.
9. Proactively monitor emerging market trends.
10. Participate in weekly and monthly presentations.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in business school or equivalent university.
2. Genuine interest in the beauty industry.
3. Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with BeautyResearch & NPD panels is a plus.
