2. Attention to detail with a sensitivity to physical details (0.5 mm).
3. Strong listening skills and sensitivity to the needs of the studio and designers.
4. Graphic design and typography skills are appreciated.
5. High motivation with a desire to learn, assist, and progress in a demanding environment.
6. A blend of artistic, conceptual, and technical skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for backgrounds in leather goods or luxury accessories.
