Asset Protection Manager

1. Oversee day-to-day protection of store assets
2. Enforce asset protection strategies
3. Combat shrink and increase safety for clients and employees
4. Support the store’s overall success
5. Lead and develop training for Asset Protection staff and store team members

1. Extensive Asset Protection and leadership skill set
2. Expert knowledge of Asset Protection standards and procedures
3. Experience leading investigations (W-Z or CFI Certification strongly preferred)
4. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule

1. Excellent organization and reporting skills
2. Advanced Excel and computer skills
3. Experience with Security/Asset Protection equipment (C.C.T.V/Alarm Systems)

Minimum 5 years in senior-level Asset Protection Management positions, preferably in retail or hospitality environments.

Salary range of USD $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
