Loewe Technical After Sales Manager

- Lead and supervise projects aimed at enhancing the After Sales department, including the development of tools, spare parts stock forecasting, and logistic flow improvements.
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, focusing on quality, internal lead time, and worldwide after-sales lead time.
- Manage the deployment of new strategic solutions within the After Sales department.
- Support the management and implementation of new processes to address the increasing volume of repairs.
- Oversee spare parts project management.
- Manage and improve the performance quality of the brand and various After Sales stakeholders.
- Enhance quality analysis on a global scale and foster relationships with the continuous improvement and quality teams.
- Engineering background.
- Approximately 3-4 years of experience in project management or operations (supply/logistics).
- Fluent in English with good knowledge of Spanish.
- Experience with leather goods and their production flow is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Motivated by results with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Independent yet collaborative, with a curious and adaptable nature.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Experience using BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
