1. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the store's growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
3. Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
4. Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team dynamics and workplace environment.
6. Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
7. Contribute to visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's presentation standards.
8. Uphold brand image and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
9. Accurately record customer information in the database.
10. Promote store events through various communication channels.
11. Maintain and manage a detailed client book, ensuring regular client interaction.
12. Address client issues promptly, including shipping and alterations.
13. Participate in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
14. Support inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
6. Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.

$20 - $25 hourly, based on skills and experience.
