Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of supply chain projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and timely closure.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless project implementation and integration with existing systems.
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks to project success and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for designated projects, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
- Mobilize and motivate capable project teams, communicating effectively across groups and departments.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers/partners involved in the project, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and set timelines.
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent, preferred.
- Experience with different SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and ERP.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields.
