1. Lead all phases of supply chain projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and timely closure.
2. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization, leading initiatives for continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes.
3. Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, Merchandising, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless project implementation.
4. Proactively identify and assess potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
5. Act as a primary point of contact for designated projects, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
6. Mobilize and motivate project teams, effectively communicating across groups and departments.
7. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
3. Experience in fashion and luxury sectors is advantageous.
4. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred; Six Sigma and Agile methodologies are a plus.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and ERP.
3. Experience with SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM) is highly desirable.
4. Strong organization and prioritization skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management leadership within Supply Chain fields.

PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
