Loewe Supply Chain Excellence Manager

1. Lead all phases of supply chain projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and timely closure.
2. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes.
3. Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless project implementation and integration with existing systems.
4. Proactively identify and assess potential risks to project success and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
5. Act as a primary point of contact for designated projects, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
6. Mobilize and motivate capable project teams, communicating effectively across groups and departments.
7. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers/partners involved in the project, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and set timelines.

1. 5 years’ experience in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields.
2. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or equivalent, preferred.
3. Experience with different SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM) is highly desirable.
4. Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
2. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and ERP.
3. Strong organization and prioritization skills.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
5. Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

Minimum 5 years in Project Management leadership in Supply Chain related fields.
