Loewe Stock Keeper

- Maintain the stockroom organization to the highest standards, ensuring merchandise is stored clearly and efficiently.
- Manage stock deliveries, verifying accuracy against invoices and reporting discrepancies to HQ/Inventory.
- Unpack deliveries and place stock in designated locations safely.
- Control and manage stock transfers to and from the store, including returns to the warehouse.
- Support the flow of stock and packaging between back and front of house to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Inform the team promptly of new stock arrivals.
- Plan and support periodic and mini stock takes, investigating and communicating discrepancies to the Manager.
- Process all paperwork, reports, and general administration related to stock management.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Visual, Merchandising, and Press to fulfill product requests.
- Support and coordinate the aftersales process, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Participate fully in store activities, including morning briefings and relevant training sessions.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence various stakeholders.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
