1. Lead comprehensive financial analysis and monitor headquarters expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets and strategic goals.
2. Serve as a trusted financial advisor to various departments, optimizing spending and enhancing financial efficiency.
3. Oversee financial planning, resource allocation, and budget compliance for ongoing and upcoming projects.
4. Develop and refine reporting tools to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
5. Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing solutions to maintain stability and efficiency.
6. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting budget preparation, forecasts, and performance analyses.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote financial awareness and accountability.
8. Contribute to the enhancement of financial processes and systems, fostering innovation and efficiency.
