- Ensure the retail perspective is integrated into all projects impacting stores, aiming for a seamless client and staff experience.
- Monitor project progress according to agreed timelines.
- Communicate project status and progress to top management and relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver appropriate tools, guidelines, and training as outcomes of new projects or cross-department process implementations, in collaboration with the Retail Operations and Learning teams.
- Drive change management across the organization to ensure smooth transitions from project to 'business as usual' mode and proper adoption of new tools or processes.
- Redesign retail service processes from a store and retail perspective.
- Support the Retail Training team in designing training materials and e-learning modules for store teams.
- Define KPI and performance management processes for every new initiative.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to engage key stakeholders and ensure cooperation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Internal Control, or Retail Excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of execution.
- Experience in retail and technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish, French, or Italian language skills are a plus.
- Proactive, curious, and a quick learner.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Clear, timely, and accurate communication and reporting skills.
- High degree of integrity and autonomy.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external partners and vendors.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of dividing complex projects into sub-projects.
