Loewe Purchase to Pay Manager

- Oversee the implementation and expansion of the purchase to pay process across various regions, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
- Facilitate the transition to new tools such as ESKER and prepare for the future integration with SAP.
- Supervise and develop the purchase to pay team, focusing on supplier setup, purchase order creation, discrepancy management, and stakeholder training.
- Organize transactional activities within the team to maintain consistent productivity.
- Draft procedures, processes, and training documents.
- Collaborate with all departments to optimize end-to-end processes.
- Support strategic buyers by ensuring compliance with purchasing strategies and preferred supplier lists by category.
- Act as the key user for defining and deploying the supplier portal solution.
- Coordinate activities related to the purchase to pay process during the company's transformation journey.
- Over 10 years of experience in a purchasing department or as a consultant in the purchasing area.
- Proven team leadership skills.
- Experience in change management and transformation projects.
- Solid financial background, with experience in finance or controlling as a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage complexity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
A minimum of 10 years in a purchasing department or consultancy role within the purchasing domain is required.
