1. Oversee the implementation and expansion of the purchase to pay process across various regions, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
2. Facilitate the transition to new tools such as ESKER and prepare for the future integration with SAP.
3. Supervise and develop the purchase to pay team, focusing on supplier setup, purchase order creation, discrepancy management, and stakeholder training.
4. Organize transactional activities within the team to maintain consistent productivity.
5. Draft procedures, processes, and training documents.
6. Collaborate with all departments to optimize end-to-end processes.
7. Support strategic buyers by ensuring compliance with purchasing strategies and preferred supplier lists by category.
8. Act as the key user for defining and deploying the supplier portal solution.
9. Coordinate activities related to the purchase to pay process during the company's transformation journey.

1. Over 10 years of experience in a purchasing department or as a consultant in the purchasing area.
2. Proven team leadership skills.
3. Experience in change management and transformation projects.
4. Solid financial background, with experience in finance or controlling as a plus.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
6. Deep knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.

A minimum of 10 years in a purchasing department or consultancy role within the purchasing domain is required.
