1. Support coordination and administration activities within the HR Team, including assisting the HR Director.
2. Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
3. Facilitate various aspects of the employee recruitment and onboarding process.
4. Organize and support training sessions, workshops, events, and engagement activities, both in-person and virtual.
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with HR activities and training requirements.
6. Manage and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
3. Eligibility for an internship in Spain and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.

1. Diligence, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and contribute.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Beginner level experience in human resources or related fields.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.

The internship offers hands-on experience in various HR facets, mentorship from seasoned professionals, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
