Loewe Human Resources Intern

- Support coordination and administration activities within the HR Team, including assisting the HR Director.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
- Facilitate various aspects of the employee recruitment and onboarding process.
- Organize and support training sessions, workshops, events, and engagement activities, both in-person and virtual.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HR activities and training requirements.
- Manage and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Eligibility for an internship in Spain and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.
- Diligence, proactivity, and eagerness to learn and contribute.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Beginner level experience in human resources or related fields.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
The internship offers hands-on experience in various HR facets, mentorship from seasoned professionals, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
