1. Support coordination and administration activities within the HR team, including assisting the HR Director.
2. Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
3. Contribute to the employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
4. Organize and support training sessions, workshops, events, and engagement activities.
5. Monitor and ensure compliance with HR activities and training requirements.
6. Manage and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
3. Eligibility for an internship in Spain and ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.

1. Diligent, proactive, and eager to learn.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. High level of discretion and professionalism.
6. Passion for fashion and the brand's products.
7. Fluent in English; additional language skills are desirable.

Beginner level experience in human resources or related fields.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

The internship offers a 6-12 month program with hands-on experience in various facets of human resources, mentorship from seasoned HR professionals, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm. Study support is provided, valued at €800-900 gross per month.
