Loewe HR Projects and Coordination Intern

- Provide direct support to the HR Director on regional and global HR projects, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of various initiatives.
- Assist in managing general HR tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the HR team.
- Organize and support trainings, workshops, events, and engagement activities both in-person and virtually.
- Collect, analyze, and present HR metrics and data to aid decision-making processes, including preparing presentations for the HR Director.
- Support and develop internal communication initiatives.
- Manage, support, and coordinate HR projects from inception to completion, providing regular updates to the HR Director on progress and potential issues.
- Coordinate and administer HR activities, including payroll-related tasks, employee recruitment and onboarding, and compliance tracking.
- Eligibility for an internship in Spain.
- Recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with a university.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Passion for fashion and LOEWE's products.
No prior experience required; suitable for recent graduates or those at the beginning of their HR career.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
The internship offers a 6-12 month program starting in April 2025, with mentorship and learning opportunities from seasoned HR professionals, a collaborative work environment, and a daily lunch subsidy.
