Loewe HR Operations and Payroll Controlling Manager

- Manage, review, and calculate monthly payroll for Southern Europe in collaboration with external consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee payroll processes for Northern and Central Europe, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Consolidate overall payroll information and act as a point of contact for EMEA payroll topics.
- Resolve queries related to variable pay, bonuses, and commissions promptly.
- Monitor and manage headcount and payroll costs in line with the budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Investigate and report on budget variances to the EMEA HR Director, providing actionable insights.
- Perform payroll bridge simulations to analyze changes from budget plans to revision plans.
- Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is up to date for accurate reporting.
- Complete general HR operations tasks, including contract generation and employee records management.
- Prepare and present comprehensive payroll and HR operations reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll and HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, HR operations, and cost controlling, preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5 years in payroll management, HR operations, and cost controlling, preferably within a multinational environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
