1. Manage and coordinate payroll processes across Southern and Northern Europe, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
2. Investigate and report on budget variances, providing actionable insights to the EMEA HR Director.
3. Collaborate with the financial controlling team to manage HR costs effectively.
4. Perform payroll bridge and budget cost simulations to analyze financial changes.
5. Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is up-to-date for accurate reporting and data integrity.
6. Complete HR operational tasks, including contract generation, employee records management, and onboarding administration.
7. Prepare comprehensive payroll and HR operations reports for senior management.
8. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
9. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in payroll and HR operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and cost controlling, preferably in a multinational company.
3. Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
5. Fluency in English is required.
