Loewe HR Operations and Controlling Manager

- Manage and coordinate payroll processes across Southern and Northern Europe, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Investigate and report on budget variances, providing actionable insights to the EMEA HR Director.
- Collaborate with the financial controlling team to manage HR costs effectively.
- Perform payroll bridge and budget cost simulations to analyze financial changes.
- Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is up-to-date for accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Complete HR operational tasks, including contract generation, employee records management, and onboarding administration.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll and HR operations reports for senior management.
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in payroll and HR operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations and cost controlling, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform complex financial analyses.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Minimum of 5 years in HR operations and cost controlling, with knowledge of payroll across multiple regions.
