Loewe HR Generalist Intern

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for sales and stock positions in retail teams across Southern Europe and internships at the Head Office.
- Post job openings, screen applications, source talent, conduct interviews, and present shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and update recruitment trackers.
- Manage the entire internship process, including agreements, onboarding, integration, and follow-up with interns.
- Address HR-related inquiries from stores regarding payroll, benefits, promotions, and other HR matters.
- Assist in payroll processes in conjunction with Local HR and HR Operations.
- Monitor and update employee data, ensuring efficient processing and archiving.
- Manage temporary staffing agencies and the invoicing process.
- Support the preparation, organization, and reporting of regional training sessions.
- Contribute to HR projects, corporate reporting, and HR initiatives.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Eligible for an internship in Spain with the ability to sign an internship agreement with a university.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Diligent, proactive, and eager to learn and contribute.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for fashion and Loewe's products.
Beginner level experience in human resources or related fields.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Study support valued at €800-900 per month.
A 6-12 month internship program offering hands-on experience, mentorship, a collaborative work environment, and a daily lunch allowance. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6:30pm and Fridays from 9am to 3pm.
