1. Collaborate with the accounting team on process improvement projects to enhance optimization.
2. Develop new value-added analysis and automations to improve reporting efficiency.
3. Assist the Head Office team with ongoing projects.
4. Participate in monthly closing activities, including calculating accruals and analyzing deviations.
5. Support the production of monthly management reports and ad-hoc analyses under tight deadlines.
6. Engage in the forecasting process, consolidating figures and presenting them concisely to inform decision-making.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Controlling.
2. No experience required, though prior experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Consulting is preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerPivot, PowerQuery, or PowerBI is advantageous.
3. Ability to work independently and respond swiftly to unexpected situations.
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
5. High level of commitment.
6. Fluency in English; Spanish and French are advantageous.

Entry-level position with preference for candidates with some experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Consulting.
