Loewe EMEA Business & Sales Planning Manager

- Lead the development of the annual and quarterly 'Best Estimate' business plan, collaborating with Regional Merchandising, Country Managers, and Finance.
- Facilitate validation cycles with EMEA President, Merchandising, Finance, and Central teams four times a year.
- Prepare and maintain Open to Buy (OTB) files, ensuring alignment with purchasing capacity by category.
- Produce standardized monthly business reviews, ad-hoc deep dives, and executive summaries.
- Track key performance indicators such as sell-through, stock turn, and margin, flagging any deviations.
- Maintain and refine monthly sales plans at the SKU level, including permanent and carry-over items.
- Measure forecast accuracy versus actuals, identifying opportunities and risk areas.
- Monitor stock availability against sales targets, escalating potential shortfalls or overstock scenarios.
- Lead monthly category business reviews, providing actionable recommendations to Allocation and Merchandising.
- Act as a liaison between EMEA teams and Central Planning, ensuring alignment on stock levels, forecasts, and business drivers.
- Partner with Supply Chain Operations to translate sales plans into inventory and distribution strategies.
- Conduct on-site visits to key markets and flagship stores to validate assumptions and capture local trend insights.
- 5–8 years in demand planning, sales planning, buying, or merchandising within retail, with luxury leather goods/accessories experience as a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VBA/macros.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with forecasting platforms such as Anaplan.
- Strong quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable briefing senior leadership.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.
- Proactive problem solver with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, buying, or merchandising within the retail sector, preferably in luxury leather goods or accessories.
