Loewe Business System Analyst

- Collaborate with business teams such as Merchandising, Wholesale, Product Development, and Supply Chain to understand and address IT needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for functional and technical developments.
- Advise on solutions and implement changes, including software customizations, to enhance existing business processes and develop new ones as necessary.
- Specify integrations between applications and manage the backlog with business, IT teams, and external partners.
- Test new functionalities, report bugs, and ensure the quality of new system implementations.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime, or coordinate with the responsible team for issue resolution.
- Support end users on buying session tools such as Anaplan and Centric VIP during showroom periods.
- Proven experience in managing end-user support and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities with expertise in SQL Server databases and a solid understanding of system administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications, and knowledge of PLM and/or Anaplan is appreciated.
- Fluency in English and French, with Spanish as a plus.
