1. Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
2. Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships both in-store and externally.
3. Expand the client base by attracting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
4. Drive high-value sales in fine watchmaking and bespoke sales.
5. Deliver personalized, exceptional service ensuring a memorable luxury experience.
6. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and share the Maison's rich history.
7. Provide ongoing customer service before and after sales to ensure client satisfaction.
8. Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.
9. Utilize storytelling to enhance the luxury experience for clients.
10. Foster client relationships using Maison-specific CRM tools and strategies.
11. Maintain regular outreach and personalized communication with clients.
12. Collaborate with management on targeted client plans and engagement strategies.
13. Accurately capture client information for follow-up and relationship building.
14. Address client issues with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
15. Support planning and execution of in-store and offsite events.
16. Adhere to security, operational, and procedural standards.
17. Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, ensuring brand standards.
18. Contribute to merchandising efforts and display organization.
19. Participate in inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
20. Support special projects such as price updates and back-office tasks.

1. 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
4. Additional language skills are advantageous.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
7. Self-starter with a team-player approach.
8. Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

Expected salary range: $25 - $27 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
