- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Expand the client base by attracting new clients.
- Drive high-value sales in fine watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Deliver personalized, exceptional service to clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and share the brand's history.
- Support clients with ongoing customer service.
- Uphold the brand's reputation by maintaining high service standards.
- Foster strong client relationships using CRM tools.
- Maintain regular outreach and personalized communications with clients.
- Collaborate with management on client plans and engagement strategies.
- Address client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Support in-store and offsite events and VIP client experiences.
- Adhere to security, operational, and procedural standards.
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts and display organization.
- Participate in inventory processes and audits.
- Support special projects and boutique operational needs.
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills.
- SAP exposure is a plus.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours including nights and weekends.

3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
Expected salary range: $25 - $27 per hour. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
