- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Develop and sustain strong, long-term client relationships both in-store and externally.
- Expand the client base by attracting new clients and nurturing existing ones.
- Drive high-value sales in fine watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Deliver personalized, exceptional service ensuring a memorable luxury experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and share the Maison's rich history.
- Provide ongoing customer service before and after sales to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Utilize storytelling to enhance the luxury experience for clients.
- Foster client relationships using Maison-specific CRM tools and strategies.
- Maintain regular outreach and personalized communication with clients.
- Collaborate with management on targeted client plans and engagement strategies.
- Accurately capture client information for follow-up and relationship building.
- Address client issues with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Support planning and execution of in-store and offsite events.
- Adhere to security, operational, and procedural standards.
- Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, ensuring brand standards.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts and display organization.
- Participate in inventory processes to ensure accuracy.
- Support special projects such as price updates and back-office tasks.
- 3+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills, with SAP exposure as a plus.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.

A minimum of three years in sales of luxury watches or high-value products is preferred.
Expected salary range: $25 - $27 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
