- Define and implement strategies for wholesale network performance and identify market opportunities to strengthen distribution partnerships.
- Formulate and lead an omnichannel distribution strategy to capitalize on regional business opportunities.

- Oversee efficient product management, including novelties, pipeline, replenishment, and stock coverage.
- Implement the e-commerce roadmap to position it as the flagship online store for Jaeger-LeCoultre.

- Lead commercial partnership strategies to achieve retailization goals.
- Elevate retail operations by identifying needs and implementing strategies to enhance boutique performance.
- Develop KPIs and action plans to motivate retail teams and align with the Maison's vision.
- Drive hospitality and client-centric initiatives to deliver exceptional in-boutique experiences.
- Develop strategies to grow local and VIC clients and build relationships with VVIC.
- Partner with distributors to enhance sales and brand equity across markets.
- Manage and inspire retail and functional teams to foster a passionate and entrepreneurial environment.
- Collaborate with HR to develop career paths for commercial and retail talent.
- Promote a strong retail culture and mindset within the region.
- Native or fluent Japanese and fluent English.
- Proven experience in managing retail stores and networks.
