- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships both within and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop new clientele and enhance existing client portfolios.
- Facilitate high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and provide expert product knowledge.
- Assist clients with pre- and post-sale customer service needs.
- Uphold the brand's high standards in all interactions.
- Manage client relationship initiatives and maintain CRM standards.
- Capture and utilize client data for effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate to management as necessary.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist in daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in merchandising, inventory counts, and audits.
- Support special projects, including boutique renovations and business development plans.
- 2+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Eagerness to sell and learn.
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
- Capability to manage client data and CRM tools effectively.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury product sales, with a preference for experience in watchmaking or high-value items.
