1. Accurately diagnose and repair a variety of watches and accessories, including quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronograph, and complicated movements.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained according to safety guidelines.
3. Participate in routine technical skills assessments to demonstrate proficiency in diagnosis, quality control, and watchmaking practices.
4. Maintain professional communication with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients, providing timely feedback on product quality issues.
5. Engage in brand training sessions covering routine refreshers, evolutions, calibers, processes, and brand policies.
6. Participate in Maison-sponsored events, including masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.

1. Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent demonstrable skills validated through RNA exam.
2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably in a retail setting.
3. Proven experience in teaching and explaining watchmaking concepts.
4. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in repairing high-complication calibers.
6. Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.

1. Strong computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
2. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably within a retail environment.

Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification.

Expected Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 (negotiable based on skills and experience).
