- Accurately diagnose and repair a variety of watches and accessories, including quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronograph, and complicated movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and maintained according to safety guidelines.
- Participate in routine technical skills assessments to demonstrate proficiency in diagnosis, quality control, and watchmaking practices.
- Maintain professional communication with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients, providing timely feedback on product quality issues.
- Engage in brand training sessions covering routine refreshers, evolutions, calibers, processes, and brand policies.
- Participate in Maison-sponsored events, including masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.
- Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent demonstrable skills validated through RNA exam.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably in a retail setting.
- Proven experience in teaching and explaining watchmaking concepts.
- Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
- Proficiency in repairing high-complication calibers.
- Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Strong computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably within a retail environment.
Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification.
Expected Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 (negotiable based on skills and experience).
