- Strategize and implement retail initiatives to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance revenue, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Lead business development efforts, focusing on high-net-worth client relationships and exceptional service.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a highly skilled and motivated team.
- Implement structured training programs on product knowledge, client engagement, and Maison heritage.
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with company policies on security, finance, and visual merchandising.
- Drive continuous client acquisition and development, maintaining VIP relationships and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering strategic partnerships with local communities and business centers.
- Provide competitive intelligence insights, tracking market trends and competitor activities.
- 7-10 years of management experience in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in luxury retail clienteling and CRM strategies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office software; SAP preferred.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and special events.
- Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
- Proactive approach to business and human resource needs.
A minimum of 7-10 years in management roles within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on clienteling and CRM strategies.
Expected salary range: $110K - $120K, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
