1. Oversee the overall management of the boutique, ensuring achievement of sales targets and client portfolio development.
2. Develop and implement local business strategies in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
3. Enhance client acquisition and retention through effective clienteling strategies.
4. Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining exceptional client experiences and upholding the Maison's standards.
5. Lead, coach, and develop the boutique team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and manage boutique operations, including safety, security, and stock management.

1. 7-10 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury watches and jewelry.
2. Proven ability to build sustainable client relationships and business development.
3. Strong people management skills with a track record of developing diverse teams.
